  • Sun Jun 26 12:41:16 PDT 2005 - I was having a diffcult time getting started. ( I have a 1951 and 1963 Chevy). With the 1951, once received john\'s build sheet I was on my way(Simple...but not esay). I've asked him many questions during first two weeks. He got right back to me with an answer within 3 days. Everthyng is going smooth because of John's help and built my confidence as first time engine builder. After few weeks, I decided to start on my other Chevy. Thanks, R W

  • Steve V: Ran my built out 57 chevy with your 327 at sleepyhollow. I was shocked when the rear wheels were still spining in third gear at 80 MPH going over the fininsh line. She sure likes to rev! Thanks for your help in answering questions on tuning her in. Next year were bringing slicks.
  • John, Finally I'm here to share my story with your guests and my experience with you and you generosity. I just started with my project a few months ago. No engine, no tranny, just a body. With his help I started to gather some parts to build my 1962 Chevy. This worked out well, plenty of power using the parts suggested, while saving me a ton of money. At the beginning of the second project i did'n know whether to use a 327 or a 350. So he gave me two bulid plans for a price of...Well I just wanted to share this with anyone who is thinking about building an engine, you should try his stuff! Thanks, Ronnie
